RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and undamaged, with its original packaging. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned piece. If you wish to return your item(s) please request this by sending an email to our costumer support at info@nefelibataestudio.com.

We are happy to review manufacturing and/or shipping faults and will do our best to repair or replace eligible items. Please e-mail an image of your damaged piece(s) to info@nefelibataestudio.com to discuss possible options.

Repair or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original order date. To help preserve your jewelry, please follow our care guide.

Manufacturing faults do not include damage caused by general wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or natural material fragility. This may include chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or gemstones; pieces that have been bent, twisted, or snapped; oxidation; or fading of plating over time.

Please note customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fees for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Please note that these charges may be included in your shipping cost at checkout, but additional fees may still apply upon your package’s arrival depending on your country’s customs regulations. Nefelibata is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. For more information, please refer to your country’s government website.

Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchanges for a different size or item may be requested and will be accommodated based on availability. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees related to returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange please e-mail info@nefelibataestudio.com within 14 days from purchase. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & REPAIRS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please e-mail info@nefelibataestudio.com with your order details and clear images of the item. Faulty items will be reviewed upon inspection, and if approved, we will offer the appropriate solution.

Any item returned for refund, repair, or inspection must be packaged securely in the original packaging, a bubble mailer, or a hard box to prevent damage in transit. Items that are incorrectly packaged and damaged during return shipping cannot be replaced.

Repair requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original order date.

Items showing signs of wear, accidental damage, deliberate damage, or improper care are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
