Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Please note almost all pieces are hand made in our studio in Mexico City and shipped from here. Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. 

All orders and shipments will be processed on Wednesdays or Thursdays due to our small team. Orders may take between 8-10 business days to process before they are shipped out. 

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order. Nefelibata is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. We do not refund packages lost in transit and are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Orders will be processed within 8-10 business days upon purchase date. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Orders will be shipped via 99min, Borzo, Fedex or DHL depending by location. 

Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. Some of our pieces are made to order - please allow 1-3 weeks for these items to ship. Made to order items are noted in product description.

Shipping times may be delayed during high volume periods such as online sales, restocks or during the holidays. Customers will be notified if shipments are to be delayed longer than 10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are shipped via DHL. International shipping costs is $30USD flat rate and FREE SHIPPING in all purchases above $250USD.

Orders will be processed within 8-10 business days upon purchase date. Orders placed are processed Wednesdays & Thursdays only (excluding major holidays) due to our small team. Delivery times with DHL is about 2-4 days.

Orders may ship immediately if the item(s) are in stock. Some of our pieces are made to order - please allow 1-3 weeks for these items to ship. Made to order items are noted in product description.

All international duties and taxes are non-refundable and are included in your order's shipping cost when checking out.

Nefelibata is a Mexico City-based company. Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs clearance charges you may be liable for on your package's entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Pieces may differ from photographs online and slight variations may occur due to the unique nature of each individual piece.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Mexico may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Nefelibata, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse.

LOST PACKAGES

Nefelibata is not responsible for lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen packages with a confirmed delivery notification to the shipping address.
